MCP-4P Adhesive System Pattern Control
The MCP-4 is a low-cost, full-featured adhesive system pattern control. It offers 4-channel outputs, each capable of multiple glue patterns, 4 product sensor inputs and optional integral flow control. Program changes and adjustments can be made "on-the-fly" with results immediately on the product. Features include “plug-and-run” connectors and compact design for fast and easy installation.
The MCP-4P can be used with an extensive selection of cold-glue or hot melt adhesive dispensing valves including high-speed non-contact, spot gluing, fine-line gluing, and ribbon-pattern gluing. Suited to applications such as folding carton production, envelope manufacturing, paper-folders, book and magazine production, bag-making, corrugated box-making and other high-speed converting requirements.

PSP
LOW COST, PATTERN-SKIP-PATTERN CONTROL
The PSP is a simple, two-dial control: one dial determines both glue pattern lengths and one dial determines the skip distance.The control features a mini-jumper which enables the user to select either a MOMENTARY (control will complete a gluing cycle after a momentary signal from the scanner or limit switch) or CONTINUOUS (gluing cycle will be interrupted if product falls off the limit switch or scanner) mode of operation.
Time duration of the pattern length and skip distance may also be selected by means of mini-jumpers. Three ranges standard (optional fourth): 0-0.2 seconds; 0-1.0 seconds; and 0-5.0 seconds.
